Science Experiment: Making Sherbet

What you need (materials):
11/2 a teaspoon of baking soda
2. 1 teaspoon of citric acid
3. 3 teaspoons of icing sugar
4a small cup
5a teaspoon [to stir it round]

Method:
We put all the ingredients in the cup together and mixed them.  Then we tasted them!

Results:
When we put all the ingredients together I thought it woud taste disgusting, but when I had a taste, it was amazing! At first it was all sweet and then it fizzed up in your mouth. Our saliva mixed the ingredients together. It was the best sherbet I have ever tasted!!!!

dear joe,
It sure sounds like you liked that sherbit I liked mine to but I think you probally loked yours more, and best of all since the recipe is really easy you can try adding on new flavours. For instance did you know that me and freeman made the eggzact same type when suddenly freeman actsadenly spilled his orange juice in the sherbit he tried it and said it tasted really nice I did the same with mine and he was write. Keep up the good work.
